We use various poses and positions to promote your baby’s general health and wellbeing. Helping to promote hand/eye coordination, body awareness, and postural control.
It's a super fun and judgment free, safe zone that focuses on community building and offers an opportunity to connect with others who are also navigating the path of new parenthood during this new stage in your life.
